Please take note of these schedule reminders:
*May 22nd: Senior Mandatory Graduation Practice. Seniors arrive to the lecture hall 12:45pm-1pm. Start time 1pm. Seniors will get their graduation caps and gowns, and seniors who do not owe obligations will get 10 graduation tickets.
*May 26th: School Closed/Memorial Day
*May 29th: Asynchronous Day for 9th-11th. Graduation Day for seniors.
*Thursday, May 29th. Graduation.
This event is a ticketed event at the Bob Carpenter Center at the University of DE. Doors open at 12:30pm and the ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30pm. The ceremony will conclude around 2:45pm. Anyone over the age of 2 requires a ticket. There is no special ticket required for handicap seating. Anyone with a need will be accommodated and permitted to have 1 person accompany them in the bottom 2 rows of the arena. No balloons, noisemakers, or signs are permitted. Proper formal dress is required for graduates. Gowns/caps can not be altered, and no extra personalized stoles or attire can be worn with the school issued gown. Only approved NHS, NTHS, NSHSS, and Military stoles are able to be worn during the ceremony. All other personalized items must be saved for after the ceremony.
*June 10th: Half Day Exams Periods 1,2,3,4. Buses Depart at 11:20am. Class of 2026 Senior Pictures begin in Hawk Cafe. Make appointments online through the underclassmen webpage.
*June 11th: Half Day Exams Periods 5,6,7,8. Buses Depart at 11:20am
*June 12th: Exam Make-up Day. Morning buses will run to bring any student to school that needs to take a makeup exam or for students who are attending the end of year Six Flags trip. Buses Depart at 10:30am for make-up exams. We will have 6pm activity bus transportation for students attending the Six Flags trip.There are 3 spots left on the coach buses to Six Flags.
Ongoing Reminders:
*As we prepare students for their future careers it is important that our students abide by the dress code policy detailed in the Student/Parent Handbook. Students who continually do not follow the dress code will be disciplined using the rules and regulations outlined in the handbook.
*We ask that you check your email, Schoology, Facebook, Instagram and the St. Georges Tech website, for updated information about the 2024-2025 school year. We will continue to provide the most up to date information, concerning the school year, as it becomes available.
