St. Georges Technical High School opened its doors in 2006 and currently offers comprehensive high school academic curricula and career and technical training in sixteen different career areas. We take great pride in preparing our students to exceed academic expectations and graduate college and career ready. We have highly qualified teachers that are trained to provide a classroom/career environment that is challenging and supportive. Teachers effectively use research-based strategies that have proven to enhance student achievement, specifically in content and career area literacy. Students consistently practice their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills throughout the school day across all courses, including career areas. Through collaborative planning, our instructors develop curriculum aligned to State standards, analyze student data, and increase student achievement.
