Class of 2026 Information
All seniors are responsible for paying senior dues. This includes the yearbook with senior names engraved, Class of 2026 t-shirt, graduation items-cap, gown, tassel, and end of year senior celebration. Senior dues are $155 and are due anytime from now until January. Starting February 1st a $10 a month late fee will be added.

Senior families,
The deadline to create a yearbook ad for your senior is this month! The portal will close February 1st.

The online portal will close on February 1st, 2026, but we may sell out of spots before then, so don't wait. Create ads online through the yearbook portal here: https://yearbookordercenter.com/product/yearbook_ads

Remember, seniors do NOT need to purchase yearbooks, they are already included in senior dues.

If you are bringing a non-SG guest, you must have a guest pass completely filled out, signed, with photo id attached prior to purchasing your guest ticket. 

Guest passes can be picked up from outside the school store or can be printed online HERE. 

Prom Tables are due to Ms. Crumlish no later than April 1st. One person from the table should send Ms. Crumlish a Schoology message with the names of everyone at your table with first and last name and any other information (other tables you want to sit next to or away from). Max at a table is 12.

All seniors and juniors who plan to drive to school must register their vehicle before parking on campus.  Please note that vehicle registration and parking passes must be renewed each school year.  Once registration is complete, students will receive a new parking tag along with an assigned parking space.  Students are not permitted to drive to school if the following steps have not been completed:
 
  1. Print & Complete the SG Vehicle Registration Form ( Click Here to Access)
  2. Bring your completed Registration Form and Required Documents (Vehicle Registration, Proof of Insurance, & Driver's License) to the Main Office for final approval
  3. Obtain your parking pass and locate your assigned parking space (students cannot request specific parking spaces)
 
Driving to school without properly registering vehicles and/or parking in non-assigned parking spaces may result in a loss of driving privileges and/or disciplinary action.

Don't forget! All seniors must pay the $55 Chromebook insurance fee each year and complete the online forms. Visit our Chromebook Info Page for info and link to pay.

Transcript Requests

 

Seniors, if you are attending college, they will need a copy of your FINAL TRANSCRIPT. You’ll send your transcript by completing the following steps:

  1. LOGIN to www.parchment.com.
    1. If you do NOT have an account, create an account, then proceed to step 2.
  1. ORDER your transcript. You’ll select the colleges you wish to receive your transcript.
You’ll have access to your Parchment account forever. If you need transcripts in the future, simply login to your account.

If you have any issues with the Parchment website, please use their help features. If you have a general college or transcript question, reach out to your School Counselor
