Hawk Weekly Update

Please note the following schedule highlights:

*Wednesday, March 18th is the PSAT for 10th graders. Testing should conclude for sophomores around 11am. After PSAT testing, Sophomores will eat lunch and spend the afternoon in their career classes. We will have normal 3pm bus transportation this day.

Sophomore parents, if your 10th grader has permission to leave after they have finished the PSAT test, please complete the early dismissal form that was emailed home on March 5th and March 13th.

March 18th will be an asynchronous day for 9th, 11th, and 12th grade students. Please note this is a change from the previously communicated March 17th date.

Students on the asynchronous schedule should be completing their Pathways to Wellness Course. Students must successfully meet the requirements of 70% in order to pass each Drug and Alcohol module.  This is a Pass/Fail course and failure to meet these requirements will result in an F for the “Pathway to Wellness” course.

*Friday, March 27th is our next Hawk Advisory Period. Seniors, please take note of the altered bell schedule for your classes.

*Friday, April 3rd - Friday, April 10th: No School-Off for Spring Break

*Tuesday, April 28th : Field Day. Various events and games for our Hawks to participate in to show school spirit and team building.

Please take a moment to see what is coming up next week in the weekly newsletter HERE.

Ongoing School Reminders:

  • Students who drive to school: This is a reminder that any Senior or Junior interested in driving to school must register their vehicle prior to parking at school.  Once registered, students will receive a parking permit and an assigned parking space. Driving to school without properly registering vehicles and/or parking in non-assigned parking spaces will result in a loss of driving privileges and/or disciplinary action.

  • Reminder, students may not order food from outside the building.  If a student forgot their lunch it can be dropped off by a family member in the main office.

  • We ask that you check your email, Schoology, Facebook, Instagram and the St. Georges’ website, for updated information about the 2025-2026 school year. We will continue to provide the most up to date information, concerning the school year, as it becomes available.

  • General Reminders
    • St. Georges is a latex-free school.
    • Students, please remember to charge your Chromebook daily

Thanks, as always, for your support and have a great weekend.
