Sophomore Families: The Ring Ceremony is on Friday, April 11th at 2pm in our lecture hall. Please make sure the balance of your ring is paid off before then. Please remind your student to dress nice this day to receive their class ring. Students will meet on the lecture hall stage at 1:40pm to get lined up. Parents are able to attend the ceremony. We ask that you enter through the gym doors between 1:30pm and 1:55pm. If you wish to take your student home after the ceremony, you may do so.
All Hawk Families:
*Please remind your student to complete their Pathways to Wellness Course in Schoology. This was assigned to them to complete during the asynchronous days throughout the year. We do not have anymore asynchronous days built into the school year so students that have not completed the course by now must carve out time on their own to complete it. If students do not receive a 60% or higher on the course, it will be reflected on their report card with a failing grade for the ΒΌ credit class.
*St. Georges is thrilled to officially open Sean's Room this week! View graphic on how this space will support our students and enhance their well-being.
*Please review the weekly newsletter HERE to know what is coming up.
Schedule Reminders:
*April 18th-25th: Spring Break. There will be no 6pm buses on Thursday, April 17th.
*May 6th: Half Day for a senior recognition event. 9th, 10th, & 11th grade will be dismissed at 11:17am with bus transportation provided. Seniors will stay the whole day for a senior only event.
Ongoing School Reminders:
*As the weather is getting warmer, we want to remind our Hawks to be abiding by the dress code policy detailed in the Student/Parent Handbook. Students who continually do not follow the dress code will be disciplined using the rules and regulations outlined in the handbook.
*This is a reminder that any Senior or Junior interested in driving to school must register their vehicle prior to parking at school. Once registered, students will receive a parking permit and an assigned parking space. Driving to school without properly registering vehicles and/or parking in non-assigned parking spaces may result in a loss of driving privileges and/or disciplinary action.
*We ask that you check your email, Schoology, Facebook, Instagram and the St. Georges Tech website, for updated information about the 2024-2025 school year. We will continue to provide the most up to date information, concerning the school year, as it becomes available.
Thank you for your continued assistance, participation, and support throughout this school year!
