St. Georges Tech Culinary Arts Wins Big at ProStart

St. Georges Tech took home first place in the ProStart Culinary Competition and first and second in the Cake Decorating ProStart Competition.

The competitions were held at the Chase Riverfront in Wilmington on March 12th. The Culinary competition required our students to prepare a 3-course meal in 1 hour using only two burners, 4 chefs, and a kitchen manager. Our Hawks proved to have the skills and teamwork necessary for a winning recipe. Congratulations to Aniya Samuels, Sofia Clarke, Rylee McCall, Teaira Gardner, Gwen Thomas, and Kaaron Tolbert who were selected to represent St. Georges Tech in the ProStart Culinary Competition.
