Reminders for this week:
*Semester 2 classes begin Monday, January 27th.
Upcoming things to note:
*When we have large events where students may be getting early dismissals, we ask for your cooperation in planning and communicating 1 week prior if your student has permission for an early dismissal for that day. This allows our attendance office time to enter in all necessary data and have an accurate record of attendance for who is in the building. Upcoming days where we require a week notice for early dismissals due to the large nature of the events:
*Friday, February 7th-Special Pep Rally Events (Early Dismissal due by 1/31).
*Tuesday, March 4th-Junior Only SAT Day (More info to come)
*Tuesday, March 18th-Sophomore Only PSAT Day (More info to come)
Please review the Weekly Student Activities Newsletter HERE to stay informed on all upcoming events.
Senior families, don’t forget to scroll to the bottom so you don’t miss out on the senior section. There is one week left to submit mandatory senior dues and your optional senior yearbook ad.
Ongoing School Reminders:
*This is a reminder that any Senior or Junior interested in driving to school must register their vehicle prior to parking at school. Once registered, students will receive a parking permit and an assigned parking space. Driving to school without properly registering vehicles and/or parking in non-assigned parking spaces may result in a loss of driving privileges and/or disciplinary action.
*As we prepare students for their future careers it is important that our students abide by the dress code policy detailed in the Student/Parent Handbook. Students who continually do not follow the dress code will be disciplined using the rules and regulations outlined in the handbook.
*Reminder, students may not order food from outside the building. If a student forgot their lunch it can be dropped off by a family member in the main office
*We ask that you check your email, Schoology, Facebook, Instagram and the St. Georges Tech website, for updated information about the 2024-2025 school year. We will continue to provide the most up to date information, concerning the school year, as it becomes available.
*St. Georges is a latex-free school.
* Students, please remember to charge your Chromebook daily.
Thank you for your continued assistance, participation, and support throughout this school year!
