Reminders for this week:
Homecoming week is finally here! Our Hawks are looking forward to a fun filled week with spirit theme days, a pep rally, the homecoming football game, and finally the homecoming dance. Please note that dress code rules still apply during spirit week themed days. We expect that all of our students uphold the rules in the St. Georges Tech student/parent handbook, especially those that wish to attend extra-curricular activities. Please note that if your student chooses to not follow the rules and expectations set forth for them, that they will risk not being permitted to attend extra-curricular events.
On Friday, October 18th, we will be operating on a shortened bell schedule. Students will have the choice to spend the final hour of the day either in the gym for a pep rally, the lecture hall for a movie, the library for board games, or the Hawk Cafe for a silent study hall. If your student wishes to leave the premises at 1:55pm and has permission to do so, please make sure to complete this Early Dismissal Form, if you haven’t done so already.
Doors open for our Homecoming dance on Saturday, October 19th at 6pm for ticket holders. We ask that rides be waiting in the parking lot promptly at 9pm to pick your students up from the dance. Please note that any ticket sales or exchanges must be approved through the Student Activities Office and if someone shows up with a ticket that they did not purchase, they will not be permitted entry into the dance.
