Thank you to everyone in our SG family that contributed to our School Supplies Drive last Spring or who donated funds for us to purchase school supplies for the orphanage in Puerto Rico last year. In addition to learning Spanish culture in Puerto Rico, tasting the food, and experiencing its beauty and adventure, we were able to spend a full day of service cleaning an orphanage, purchasing $1000 worth of school supplies for them at a local store, and playing with the children. It was a beautiful experience.
We were grateful to receive a thank you letter from the Orphanage (Hogar Cuna San Cristobal).
We hope to continue these meaningful service experiences with SG students and staff in Costa Rica and Spain this summer!
