On Friday, January 27th, 2023 St. Georges Tech boys basketball program is retiring jersey #5 in honor of Nah'Shon "Bones" Hyland, Class of 2019.
During his time at St. Georges Tech, Bones scored a total of 1,957 points, 430 rebounds, 347 assists, 246 steals, and 61 blocks.
Bones attended VCU upon graduating from the St. Georges Tech Culinary Arts Career Area in 2019, and is currently a star guard for the Denver Nuggets. The event on Friday, January 27th is sold out, but you can still take part in this historic, special event by tuning in live to watch from home.
