We will open the building on Wednesday, August 24th for "New Student Orientation" from 6pm-8pm. New students and families should arrive to the building anytime between 6pm and 7:30pm in order to have enough time to locate all of your classes prior to the conclusion of the event at 8pm. There is no specific agenda or meetings during this event, and this is not a meet the teacher night. The purpose of the evening is to make our new Hawks feel more comfortable and prepared for the first day of school.
Class of 2026 can make appointments to pick up their chromebooks before the first day of school on either August 15th or August 24th by making an appointment here through our Chromebook information page at the very bottom. Make sure you complete both the student and parent forms and pay the $25 Chromebook insurance fee prior to picking up your chromebook. (Appointment links for August 15th are live now, keep checking back for August 24th appointments to be added shortly).
St. Georges Tech will welcome back our Hawks one grade level at a time and provide important information and assemblies during that day. Seniors are the only grade level that will have remote asynchronous work during the back to school days and need to log onto their classes through Schoology for attendance and complete independent work on August 26th, 29th, and 30th.
Thursday, August 25th: ALL Seniors will report to the building. No other grade levels have school.
Friday, August 26th: Juniors only will report to the building. Seniors have remote asynchronous work.
Monday, August 29th: Sophomores only will report to the building. Seniors have remote asynchronous work.
Tuesday, August 30th: Freshmen only will report to the building. Seniors have remote asynchronous work.
Wednesday, August 31st: ALL grade levels will report to the building in person.
Thursday, September 1st: All grade levels will report to the building in person.
Friday, September 2nd: School Closed, Offices Open
Monday, September 5th: Schools and Offices Closed for Labor Day
Tuesday, September 6th: All grade levels report to school.
