Hawks, no matter the cause of the stress you are feeling, you are not alone! Some take a walk or exercise to blow off steam, and some release it through creative expression. The SL24 student organization is gathering SG original artwork to create a platform for our Hawks to view art creations from the SG community to serve as an outlet for stress, foster the idea that you're not alone in your feelings of frustration and isolation, and reduce the stigma that mental health is a weakness.
