Schedule Change-All Students Remote Learning Begins Monday, December 14th, 2020

Students will have hybrid learning the week of 12/7/2020-12/11/2020 as previously scheduled.

Based on the increase of COVID-19 cases in the community which has caused operational issues in some school districts, Governor Carney announced late today that he is recommending schools take a pause from hybrid, in-person classes starting Monday, December 14 through Friday, January 8. Students will engage in remote learning from 12/14/2020 until 12/22/2020. Remote learning will resume on 1/4/2020 after the winter break.

Winter sports practices may continue, provided social distancing and masking guidelines are followed, but no competitions will be permitted beginning Dec. 14 until January 11 at the earliest.  Fall sports will continue as planned.

Though our schools have not faced significant operational challenges like some other school districts in the state, we will observe the recommendation based on the community spread and move to fully remote instruction beginning Dec. 14.  Individual Drivers Ed driving sessions will continue as scheduled.

We appreciate the continued cooperation and flexibility you have demonstrated throughout this pandemic.
