We will be taking re-takes for the yearbook by appointment only on the lecture hall stage. Please complete this form if you wish to have a retake done or if you missed the original photo day. You will be given an appointment time based on your career area. If you ordered photos and don't like them, you must bring back your photo packet the day of retakes to turn in.
