The holidays can be a tough and stressful time. We are standing together as a Hawk community and raising money for Sean's House, a free mental health facility for teens in Newark. Learn more about UnLocke the Light and Sean's House through the attached link.
Show your solidarity to end the stigma around Mental Health and wear any SL24 or UnLocke the Light shirt on Mondays leading up to Winter Break: November 13th, 20th, 27th and December 4th, 11th, and 18th.
Be a friend and know that you are not alone if you are feeling anxious or uneasy with the stress of the holidays approaching.
