During Remote Learning for the first 6 weeks there will be no in person club meetings, only certain clubs will be meeting remotely

Gaming Club

This club is for any students who are interested in playing games in a social setting. The SG Gaming Club will meet on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30pm through Microsoft Teams. UnLocke the Light, SL24

A student led club to end the stigma around mental health issues and provide support for students who are struggling with depression. Contact Person: Martha.Cunningham@nccvt.k12.de.us.

Tired of isolation during the school day? Missing the cafeteria? Join us for Lunch Bunch Tuesday, October 6th from 11:30am-12pm sponsored by the SL24 student group. All are welcome to join the Lunch Bunch to chat with peers. No lesson, no agenda, just pure socialization with other SG students (and favorite staff 😊). Contact Mrs. Cunningham or me with questions. B+ Club

The B+ Club held virtual events to honor September during the month of Childhood Cancer Awareness. Thank you to those who participated:

Students unite in the fight vs childhood cancer and plan events to raise money for the B+ Foundation. B+ has planned events such as go gold day, pajama day, talent show, powder puff game, dodge ball tournament, and hawk fest. The next B+ meeting is Thursday, November 5th 3pm-4pm. 






In person after school clubs meet during alternating Tuesdays after school from 3pm-4:30pm and will resume once we are back to full in school session.

Students involved in activities can take the 4:30pm bus home on Tuesdays. Please click here to view the 5 different routes for ActivityBusStops.
The times are listed for the 6pm routes, so please adjust times accordingly for the 4:30pm route. Please note: Activity buses drop students off in general locations that are different than the 3pm buses.

Arising Into Manhood Club (A.I.M)

Students gather for guidance and support from positive male role models. Gentlemen will meet every other Wednesday in the mornings from 7:35am-8:05am in the lecture hall starting September 11th.

B+ Club

Business/Entrepreneurship Club

Students will learn introductory business and entrepreneurial skills. Students will have the opportunity to write a basic business plan; and compete in various business competitions. Guest speakers will be a big component to this club. Contact: neena.burnett@nccvt.k12.de.us

Gifted Enough

Gifted Enough is a faith based student led group where teenagers can put action behind their beliefs. Teaching teenagers to learn from past mistakes and live freely in the future. It is for all races and genders that dares to find their purpose and use it to be a difference-maker. Contact: Bythwood. Ronney

Girl Club/Ladies of Legacy

A club for young ladies with leadership interest and potential who are committed to leadership development and academic excellence. The application and interview process begins in mid-September. Meets in the Hawk Cafe. Contact: gin.mcgonigal@nccvt.k12.de.us or christa.j.davis@nccvt.k12.de.us

Photography Club

Students who have their own photography equipment plan out various themed scenarios and students who wish to be photographed join together to execute photo shoots around the campus of St. Georges Tech. Contact Person: mary.mccloskey@nccvt.k12.de.us

SkillsUSA

Students in the Construction Trades and Consumer Services Career areas meet to practice and prepare for state and national competitions. Contact Person: jamie.williams@nccvt.k12.de.us

Time to Unwind

A safe place for students to meet and participate in various relaxing, interactive activities depending on the group that attends. The group is open to do arts/crafts/karaoke/movies/knitting/ect. Walk and Talk

Students interested in walking after school starting Spring 2019 can join our SG Wellness Center after school on Tuesdays from 3:10pm-4:20pm and take the 4:30pm activity bus home. Students who wish to walk and talk must be members of the Wellness Center. Wear comfortable shoes. Contact Person: elizabeth.hussey@christianacare.org

Complete the attached Form, New-Club-Application, and submit to the Student Activities Coordinator, jamie.williams@nccvt.k12.de.us. Please make sure that you elaborate on the purpose and details for your club. Students must indicate if they have already secured an adult to be in charge of the club, or if they are still looking for one. All clubs must align with the SG Core Values:
